Cognitive performance platform for sport
Train yourcognitive performance.
Reaction, focus, decision and visual awareness, trained in minutes on your phone and scored across six areas into one index. See where you stand, and whether it moved. Feedback for training, not a medical measurement.

Six areas. One index. All from your own sessions.
Each area is scored only from exercises that produce a usable signal for it. Nothing is filled in.
- 0120% of the index
Reaction
How quickly you respond to relevant cues.
From Simple Reaction, Choice Reaction, Start Lights and more.
- 0220% of the index
Focus
How steadily you hold your attention under distraction.
From Sustained Attention, Go/No-Go, Flanker and more.
- 0320% of the index
Decision
How reliably you tell cues apart and make decisions.
From Choice Reaction, Task Switching, Stroop and more.
- 0415% of the index
Visual awareness
How well you spot and track visual information.
From Visual Search, Peripheral Vision, Multiple Object Tracking.
- 0510% of the index
Fatigue resistance
How stable your performance stays under sustained load.
A characteristic of how you perform across every exercise.
- 0615% of the index
Consistency
How evenly your performance holds across runs.
A characteristic of how you perform across every exercise.
Training feedback, not a medical measure. How each area is scored, and where the method stops.
Where you stand, and whether it moved.
Train on the phone. Read it back here, at desk size, with the same numbers the app shows.

Same numbers as the app
The scoring engine is a port of the app's, constant for constant. One account, one history, two screens.
Blank beats invented
An area without enough data stays blank and is dropped from the index instead of being guessed.
Your data stays yours
A membership changes what you can analyse, never what is stored. Every session you synced stays with the account.
Development over weeks, not a high score.
One window governs every metric on the page, so two readings always come from the same stretch of training.

A few points either way over a few days is usually ordinary variation rather than a real change. SYNSIQ gives you the difference as a number and leaves the reading to you and your coach rather than announcing a verdict.
Training happens on the phone.
A session takes a few minutes. This site is where you read the history back, and both sides share one account.

Fourteen exercises, grouped by what they ask of you.

Every exercise says what it records before it starts.

One session suggested at a time, rather than a wall of options.
Screenshots from a simulator build of the iOS app. The values in them come from a simulator and are not representative results.
One athlete is a data point. A squad is a pattern.
An athlete connects by entering your invite code. From that point their training history is yours to read, for as long as the connection stands and no further.

Consent, not access
The athlete enters your code. Nobody joins a roster without doing that, and either side can end the connection.
Ending it is final
A connection that has been ended cannot come back quietly. Starting again means agreeing to it again.
Enforced in the database
Row-level security decides what a coach may read. No interface can widen that, on the web or in the app.
Careful about what it claims.
Cognitive training is a field with a great deal of overstatement in it. SYNSIQ is built to be useful without joining in.
Read the full methodEstablished task types
Reaction-time and Go/No-Go tasks are long-standing tools in attention and performance research, and Stroop, task switching and N-Back are widely used to study attention, flexibility and working memory. SYNSIQ applies those task types for training feedback, not for clinical measurement.
Compared with you, not with a norm
Results are read against your own history, which is what makes a pattern visible. There is no reference population behind the numbers, and nothing here is a diagnosis.
Stated limits
A screen covers only the central part of your visual field, so no exercise here can test true peripheral sight. Whether training on a device carries over to a particular sport is an open question, and SYNSIQ does not claim that it does.
Nothing hidden in the scoring
Every value comes from your own responses, and each metric reaches its scale through one documented window. There is no weighting held back.

SYNSIQ Coach
Coming soon
A separate product for reading a squad. Coach accounts exist today and cost nothing while it is being finished.
Straight answers.
Is SYNSIQ a medical product?
No. SYNSIQ is a training tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and it does not replace a medical assessment.
Do I need a separate account for the web?
No. One SYNSIQ account covers iPhone, iPad and the web. Signing in here uses the same credentials as the app, and the same training history shows up on both.
What happens without an account?
In the app you can train as a guest, and everything stays on the device. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to create an account.
Can my coach see everything?
A coach sees the training data of the athletes who connected to them with an invite code, and nothing else. The rule lives in the database rather than in the interface, and either side can end the connection.
How long does a session take?
A few minutes. Short and regular is easier to keep up than long and occasional, and it is the regularity that makes development visible.
What does a membership change?
What you can analyse, not what is measured or stored. Every account trains for free in the app and keeps its overview; SYNSIQ Pro adds the six-area analysis, the trends and the full history. The first seven days are free, without a card.
Do the numbers mean I am improving?
They show what your sessions measured. Small movements over a few days are usually ordinary variation. A change that holds for weeks is the one worth reading.
